Life Happens, a nonprofit organization promoting financial responsibility through life insurance is supported by 140 top US financial organizations. As the design lead, I led the redesign of the customer-facing and internal web interfaces. I managed research, did a heuristic evaluation, and conducted interviews to identify user needs, motivations, and pain points. The new workflow focuses on core features and automation for digital marketing efforts at scale and over time. Enhanced navigation, flow, and filtering, with a new social media calendar and auto-stream feature, allows for easy content management.
